By creating an account or using XXVCLUB you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What XXVCLUB TRADING JOURNAL is

XXVCLUB TRADING JOURNAL is a journal for recording and reviewing your own trades. It is a record-keeping and analysis tool only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in XXVCLUB is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Statistics shown (such as win rate or profit factor) are calculated from the numbers you enter and say nothing about future results. Trading carries a risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account.

4. Your content

You own the trades, notes and screenshots you add. You give us permission to store and display them to you so the service can work. Only upload images you have the right to use, and do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other members' data, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

6. Price

XXVCLUB TRADING JOURNAL is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you clearly before you are charged anything, and there will be no automatic charges without your agreement.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. Please export your data (Settings → Data) regularly as a backup.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
