Privacy Policy

XXVCLUB is an online trading journal. This page explains what information we collect, why, who handles it and what control you have. We keep it to the minimum the journal needs to work.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address, your password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider, never in readable form) and the name you choose.
• Your journal: the trades you log (date, asset, direction, result, notes, bias), the chart screenshots you upload and your risk settings.
• Consent records: the time you confirmed you are 18 or older and accepted our Terms and this policy.
• Technical data: the cookies and browser storage described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect payment details, your location or your contacts, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it

• To create your account, keep you signed in and show you your own journal.
• To send the emails needed for your account (for example confirming your email address).
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. Your journal is private to you.

3. Who handles your data

We use these providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase: sign-in, database and file storage (our project is hosted in the EU, Ireland).
• Vercel: hosting of the website.

Fonts are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, trades and screenshots are permanently deleted.

5. Your choices and rights

• See and export your data: Settings → Data → Export CSV downloads all your trades.
• Correct your data: edit your name in Settings → Profile, or delete and re-log a trade.
• Delete your data: Settings → Data → Delete my account removes everything immediately and permanently.
• Hide your email on screen: Settings → Profile has a switch for this.

Depending on where you live (for example the UK or EU) you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use any right, or if you cannot use the buttons above, contact us at @xxvclub on X (Twitter) or support@xxvclub.online.

6. Security

Data is sent over an encrypted connection. Each member can only read and change their own records, and screenshots are stored privately. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Children

XXVCLUB is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
